The Fruit and Vegetable Industry Fair (TSW) is the largest industry event in Poland and Central and Eastern Europe, bringing together market leaders, experts and innovators. During the last edition, held on January 22-23, 2025 in Kielce, the fair gathered 460 exhibitors, including 72 from abroad, and 16,737 visitors from more than 30 countries, setting a new attendance record!
Horticulture Innovation Centre
The TSW Fair is the perfect venue for presenting modern technologies and solutions for fruit and vegetable production. Visitors had the opportunity to see the latest agricultural machinery - from tractors to autonomous robots and harvesting equipment. Leading manufacturers of fertilizers, crop protection products, seedlings and seed materials presented their innovative products. The demonstration plots, where fruit and berry crops were arranged, enabled practical testing of new technologies and cultivation methods.
Awards for innovation leaders
During the fair, the Professor Szczepan A. Pieniążek Award was presented, recognizing pioneering technologies in the industry. In 2025, the winners are:
- Agrosimex – for Pantoea Care - microbiological product,
- Royal Brinkman Polska – for FRAVEBOT Scout autonomous robot,
- Hortplant Jerzy Dominikowski – for the “Hobby” - new strawberry variety.
An additional distinction went to Weremczuk FMR for its Maja Automatic ATL unit, which automates fruit harvesting.
News: Orchardist of the Year 2024 and Business Zone
The first edition of the Orchardist of the Year competition,, organized by Oikos Publishing House, aimed to recognize the best orchard farms. Wojciech Kot won the top prize for his innovative approach to growing apples and pears. Two additional distinctions went to Aneta and Krzysztof Grochowscy and Renata and Rafal Koźlak.
The Business Zone was also a novelty during TSW 2025, enabling international industry meetings. Nearly 80 lectures were given in seven thematic conferences on topics such as climate change and innovations in organic farming.
TSW 2026 – coming in January!
The TSW Fair invariably combines business, science and innovation, setting trends in modern horticulture.
The next edition will take place on January 23-24, 2026.
