Assembly – Disassembly

Assembly:

The Organizer undertakes to construct and prepare built-up stands by 4:00 p.m. on January 22, 2026.

Hours designated for Exhibitors to arrange their stands: 4:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. on January 22, 2026.

An additional assembly day on January 21, 2026 is possible with the Organizer’s consent and at an extra cost of PLN 1000 net per stand.

Assembly hours on that day: 8:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.

Combustion vehicles entering the hall must be emptied of fuel to the so-called reserve level.

Exhibitors are not allowed to connect or disconnect electrical equipment to/from the facility’s power network on their own.

All individuals involved in the preparation/construction of stands during assembly and disassembly days must be registered online by the Exhibitor.

Persons present on the fairgrounds are required to have ID badges. Personal IDs should be presented at the entrance and exit of the exhibition hall.

 

Note:

An Exhibitor renting an unbuilt space in the hall and constructing the stand by an independent contractor (not affiliated with the Organizer), or using their own construction, is obliged to notify the Organizer by registering the external contractor in the registration system by November 30, 2025.

For custom-built stands, the Exhibitor is required to send the stand design to the Organizer at e-mail: tsw@tsw.pl by November 30, 2025, and obtain the Organizer’s approval if the stand exceeds 2.5 meters in height. Approval is required to proceed with construction.

The submitted design must comply with Polish construction law, relevant regulations and standards, as well as with the rules of Targi Kielce.

The design should include two views of the structure with indicated height, must be legible, and contain necessary descriptions.

The Contractor building the stand is required to remove all waste and debris left after construction from both the stand and communication routes, sort and dispose them properly. Failure to do so will result in the Organizer charging the Contractor for all removal costs.

Each wall directly adjacent to another stand must be neatly finished in white on the entire surface and may not contain any advertising content.

The stand contractor must ensure access to all technical equipment in the exhibition facility.

If access is obstructed, the stand will be dismantled at the Exhibitor’s expense.

If necessary, the Exhibitor is obliged to allow technical installations to pass through their stand upon the Organizer’s request to ensure supply to neighbouring stands.

Plans to suspend ramps, graphic elements, exhibits, etc., from the ceiling structure must be done only in approved locations and require prior consultation with the Organizer.

 

Disassembly:

Disassembly of the stand (including exhibits and equipment) may begin only after the end of the Fair – from 4:00 p.m. on January 24, 2026.

Disassembly must be completed by 10:00 p.m. on January 24, 2026.

The Exhibitor is responsible for dismantling their stand and removing all equipment and exhibits.

Failure to do so will result in the Exhibitor being charged for the removal.

Any rented equipment from the Organizer must be returned undamaged. The Exhibitor is required to restore the occupied exhibition space to its original condition, after the Fair ends.

Any mechanical damage to the floor, walls, gates, façade, or doors will result in the Exhibitor being charged repair costs.

Any stand elements and equipment left during disassembly will be considered abandoned property and will become the property of the TSW Organizer without compensation.

Please remember to remove adhesive tapes from the exhibition area.

A fee of PLN 40 net per meter will be charged for tape left behind.
