GUIDE FOR ASSEMBLY COMPANIES
  1. All persons who will prepare/construct the stand on assembly and disassembly days must be registered online by the Exhibitor. Persons staying at the fairgrounds are required to have ID badges. Name IDs should be presented for inspection at the entrance to the market hall and at the exit. You can also register at the Reception on the day of assembly.
  2. In the case of individual construction, it is necessary
    • provide the Organizer with a stand development project to the following address: tsw@tsw.pl by December 30, 2022. The submitted project should comply with the construction law and other regulations and standards in force in Poland, as well as with the regulations in force at Targi Kielce.
    • obtain the Organizer's approval (if the buildings exceed 2.5 m in height)
    • obtain a written consent from the Organizer for the development,
    • aesthetically finish the back walls of the stand in white on their entire surface so that they do not interfere with neighboring stands.
  3. We recommend the use of appropriate assembly tapes for floor coverings, enabling them to be easily removed from the hall floor. Otherwise, the Exhibitor will be charged with the costs of their removal in the amount of PLN 32 net + VAT for each running meter of tape left.
  4. The construction of the exhibition stand construction must allow access to all technical devices (hydrants, fire detectors and buttons, electrical switchboards, technical ducts with electrical, water and sewage, compressed air connections, water and compressed air valves, etc.). ).
  5. In the event of hindering access to technical equipment, the stand will be dismantled at the Exhibitor's expense to the extent enabling access to these equipment.

  7. The car park is free during the Fair, including the day of assembly and disassembly.


    Vehicles can stay in the car park overnight; the cost of parking according to Targi Kielce parking rates.

    Installation
    16.01.2023 additional paid assembly day at 9:00 - 22:00
    17.01.2023 free assembly day at 8:00-22:00 (large-size elements until 18:00) is a free day for the construction of stands.
    The cost of prior assembly is: PLN 800/day + VAT. This fee must be paid before the assembly team arrives at the fairgrounds.

    Disassembly
    19.01.2023 immediately after the end of the fair at 16:00-22:00. If it is necessary to extend the disassembly after 22:00, a fee of PLN 300/h + VAT will be charged, but no longer than until 22:00. 24:00.
